4 carrots
4 apples (we like green for this juice)
1 chunk raw fresh ginger (about an inch and a half)
1 cup spring water
Juice everything in juicer, add water and enjoy.
This is great in the morning in the winter, it gives you energy and the ginger warms up your body.
Also great before a morning work-out.
